Aye Sandar Ice Factory (a subdivision of Yainan Thuzar) was registered in September 2000. The factory operates in the Inlay Myaing Industrial Zone, Myeik mountain village, Tanintharyi region, and produces and distributes 160 tons of ice daily.
The company has also constructed a bridge using the BOT system for the loading of ice.
With the backing of the Inlay Myaing Industrial Zone in the Myeik harbor region of Tanintharyi region, the company constructed a concrete jetty near Aye Sandar bridge for loading/unloading and berthing of commercial and general cargo vessels.
The company has constructed a concrete jetty and warehouse near Kyat Sarr Pyin jetty in Dawei, Tanintharyi region. They are used for storage and distribution of the company's cement products.
The company is constructing a dockyard that is now 80% complete. Once completed, it will be able to construct 80 fishing boats concurrently.
Yainan Thuzar began production of ready mix cement in the Inlay Myaing Industrial Zone, Myeik mountain village, Tanintharyi region in January 2017. The company uses freshwater sand and marble according to SCG's specifications and sells the products with warranty.
The company began production of ready mix cement and concrete pillars in Lot Lot village, Kyaut Phyar village tract, Myeik township, Tanintharyi region in February 2018. The primary product is 5 types of concrete pillars, but we also produce fence pillars, bridges, and custom buildings according to customer specifications.
Construction of a concrete jetty In the fiscal years 2017-2018, under the direction of the Government in Tanintharyi Region, a concrete jetty with a pontoon measuring 120 by 36 feet and ramp measuring 408 by 12 feet was constructed in the oil field district in Myeik. It serves both passenger and cargo vessels in an area covering 10 villages along the Tanintharyi river, 3 villages along the sea coast, and 10 villages in the islands.
The company sells and distributes cement and construction materials on behalf of the Thai SCG brand in Myeik and Dawei in Tanintharyi region. In addition, the company has obtained contracts from the regional government to provide materials for the construction of bridges and other local projects.

YNTZ car showroom was first opened in January 2014 on Parami Road, Mayangone Township, Yangon before moving to Bawdi Avenue Street, Bahan Township, Yangon. Cars are imported from Japan, USA, Germany, and the UAE. For customers’ convenience, the cars are also available with a rental purchase system.
